The invoiced amount for team registration is determined by the individual's registration date, using the applicable pricing in effect on that day. All prices will automatically be logged on the invoice. If you haven't closed/locked your team yet, a final invoice will automatically be emailed to the team captain directly on Sat. March 8, 2025.
The payment percentage is set once the team is created. This means the amount per registration on the invoice will increase as the price increase. Please use the calculator above to help you determine your cost.
If you have a flat dollar amount in mind, use the calculator above to determine a percent that keeps the invoiced amount below all price points OR set your team to NO INVOICE and contact teams@vancouversunrun.com.

If we choose Invoicing, payment (including cheques) must be received by Wed. March 19, 2025. *
All registrations are FINAL, including teams on Invoice. Refunds and transfers are not allowed. *
By registering a team in the SunRype Youth Team Challenge, we understand that:
We need to meet the 14 minimum member requirement by the final deadline on Friday, March 14, 2025. *
We must have more youth than adult members or the team will be disbanded. *
If we have less than 14 members, our team will be disbanded. Members will then be moved to the 10K Individual or the 2.5K Eva Air Mini Sun Run categories. Adults registered in the Youth 10K category will have to pay the upgrade fee to move to the Individual 10K category. As a Team Captain, I will ensure to relay this to all adult members. *
